So I obviously don't have a lot of my artwork here at school with me, but I thought I'd start this up now and add to it as the semester progresses.

Here are a couple of things I've done over the past 4 years. The quality is tiny, but when I go home I'll upload better pictures.

This is a drawing I did of the famous tree frog, Penelope. The original photo (which my mom took when we were in Costa Rica) is below.

This was made in the spring of 2004. We had to do an art project in my 8th grade English class and replicate an artist's work. My artist was Van Gogh, and this is a scene looking out from my window when I lived in Wellesley.

Fall of 2003; abstract

Fall 2003. This is a (HUGE) portrait of my cat Junie; one of the bigger projects in my 8th grade art class. The original photo is below; I won a photography contest for the photo that same fall.

  1. Nice! See, I knew we all have other skills...I wanna hear Dave play cello, but I don't think he still practices?

  2. Shhh! It might be a secret...or used to be, I guess! Yeah, used to play cello. See, I have this theory that the best muscleheads are the artists...like Chip at Bodytribe is a drummer...
